Dilip Kumar - Founder & Director

Dilip has extensive years of experience in the Hi-tech and Intellectual Property domain having worked with Fortune 100 companies, US law firms, Investors, Startups both in India and US.

He believes in entrepreneurs and in using intellectual property for creating economic value. One of the founder(s) at Inolyst he also heads the IP Transactions practice and has been advising and providing consulting to forward-thinking organizations that seeks to maximize firm asset value by capitalizing on the power of intellectual property.

At Inolyst, Dilip has the responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s overall strategy, business development and consulting service delivery as well as all internal functions. He also manages the relationships with strategic partners of the company spread across the globe  mainly in US, Europe, Israel, China and Australia.

Prior to Inolyst, he was one of the founding members of a patent analytics firm and before that was an Engagement Manager with a leading research and consulting firm.

He is an active member of various startup and technology forums and often speaks on varied topics like Entrepreneurship, IP Strategies and Cross Border licensing models. 

He is a mentor to Innovators on -The Next 50 Global Innovation challenge which is an IIT Kanpur Golden Jubilee initiative.  Dilip is also a member of the Jury panel and Mentoring Panel of
"The Power of Ideas", an initiative by Economic Times ,CIIE- IIM Ahmedabad and Department of Science & Technology.

Anoop Kurup - Co Founder & Director

Anoop has extensive experience in Intellectual Property domain and has worked with researchers, patent attorneys and business leaders worldwide in Technology evolution assessment, IP commercialization cases and patent design around assigments.

At Inolyst, Anoop also heads the Innovation management practice and works closely with clients on idea generation, Invention evaluation and analytical thinking assigments.

Amongst his accolades, he is a certified TRIZ consulting, lean six sigma and WON Hague awarded  patent information specialists.

Prior to Inolyst, he was working at GE global research and was a key member of the patent analytics team. At GE he was working with the research groups and business units based out of India, US, China & Germany and worked on next generation turnkey projects in Solar, Energy and Water technologies.
He also has a patent application to his name.
